This place is ridiculous and knows nothing about customer service. I went there with a friend on a Sunday around 4:45PM which one would think is close enough to dinner time. My friend and I were the only ones in the restaurant ordering food and it took nearly an hour. We ordered wings and a wrap. After waiting over 45 minutes we were informed that the fryers were being cleaned and it was take an additional 15 minutes. All we got in compensation was an extra 2 wings. We will DEFINITELY not be going back. On top of this, the bathrooms were disgusting and fruit flies were flying all around. A fly even landed in a drink making it undrinkable. Please DO NOT support Nathaniel's.

I went there for lunch on a Monday, a little before they opened. After trying the door, someone walking up to the door (possibly an employee) informed me that they didn't open until 11:30. I decided to leave my vehicle (walking) and come back after they opened. When I returned about an hour later to get lunch, my vehicle had been towed. Nathaniels bartender explained that I had been seen on camera parking in their nearly empty lot and walking away. 3 Hours, a 3 mile walk and $184.00 later I got my vehicle back and was able to get something to eat, obviously not at Nathaniels.
First I tried calling, then emailing and finally calling again before got in touch with absentee Andy one of the owners. I explained the in justice, but telling me he would get back to me, left the situation unresolved at my expense. I can only assume that towing fees are needed to keep this business open. You won't see my car parked there again...
