bad salon. I do not recommend this salon to anybody. The service is very bad. When I got there on time for my appointment, the owner made me wait for more than 15 minutes although I was the only client in the salon. The owner was also not all concerned with my comfort or requests, and the coloring took much longer than at other salons I've been to in the past. At some point I even though she had simply fogotten about me. The decor is not classy, but prices are steep, and the owner is pushy about selling additional products.

Worst Salon. My experience at this Salon was very negative. The owner doesn't care about her clients, it's all about the money. One of her employees made a mistake on the scheduling and I was charged a fee. When I discussed it with Gia, she argued with me for about 15 minutes in front of other customers and wouldn't let up. As one business owner to the other, the customer is always right. If a customer isn't satisfied you better believe he/she will let others know about it....word gets around. I would not recommend this salon. There are so many other good salons in Rochester...search them out.

Terrible experience at this salon. My mother has been going to this salon for months and has never missed an appointment. She was recently very ill which led to hospitalization. We received a confirmation call from the salon the day before her appointment and I explained how ill she was and that we were taking her to the hospital. I was told that she would be charged $27.50 because it was less that 24 hours notice (she had 22.5 hrs notice) They did not make an exception due to the circumstances and did charge my card. Gia, the owner, allowed this to happen and it is no way to treat a loyal customer. The money is not the issue, I was just AMAZED that they showed no concern for my mothers illness and that money got the best of them. Gia, I hope it was worth a few dollars to be so hurtful!
