Cheap Prices but thats about it.
In all fairness I want to start by saying that Wal-Mart in general has cheaper prices then most places.
Now with that said. I don't shop there anymore. The lines are long, they never seem to have enough people working their. The employees that do work there, most of them, are rude and not helpful at all. For example. What is the sense of selling items such as electronics or computers and not have anyone in that department really know what they are talking about or have any knowledge of what they are selling?
I use to like Wal-Mart a lot. Not anymore. The bigger they have become the less the seem to care about customers. I feel like I am not wanted or needed as a customer, therefore I shop at another store. It is great to have cheap prices but it is equally as great to have knowledgeable and courteous employees.
When the dollar means more then the person, then that is a sure sign that it is a business to stay away from.
