Best Auto Shop Around!. I needed work done on my Kia in hurry and I was able to bring it right in to Professional Auto care. The key drop system was simple to use. A state inspection, oil change and tire rotation were completed and I was able to pick up my car after work. Chet took the time to make sure I understood what work was done on my vehicle. He was able to explain to me what to look for in the future to know when I would need to replace tires and even priced out 3 kinds of tires for me (making sure to explain the differences). Trustworthy and Courteous!. I have brought my VW a number of times to Professional Auto Care, from NY inspections to mechanical problems. I am always impressed not only with how courteous and kind they are, but with the time they take to be sure I understand the issues my car may be having. Last time I went in for an exhaust issue, they were sure afterwards to show me the part that was causing the issue and explain it to me.
