When I moved to Rochester I was searching for a new shop to bring my car to. After hearing great things about Mac's from neighbors and co-workers I decided to try them out and I wasn't disappointed. The guys here were down to earth and really great at what they do. I never felt as if I had to worry about being overcharged, I knew I was getting an honest quote.

The customer service here is unbelievable, they're always on time and call me before they do any extra work. They've always made sure I understand what's going on and I really appreciate it.

I use the shuttle every time my car is here and it is a huge service and reason that I come here time after time.

Consistantly good service. I started going to Macs 2 because they were down the street from my house. First time in there I was impressed with their customer service. While I waited they offered me coffee and pop, and their place was a lot nicer than any other auto shop I've been to. I've been back a few times now and they're work is continually good and their staff is continually friendly and personable. - DS

Trust. The staff at Macs II are so friendly, courteous, helpful, and really do a nice job with my SUV. I can bring it here and not worry if they are going to take advantage of me. This is a repair shop that I can really trust. - M. R.

Honest, and get the job done right. The mechanics at Mac's auto service are always upfront and honest with us when we need to bring the car in. They tell us exactly whats wrong, how they will fix it, and give us a realistic price quote. I go to this repair shop over any other in Rochester because of the great relationship we've built up. These guys get the job done right the first time, and are always willing to help. Sometimes they will need to have parts ordered and need to leave the car overnight, which can be an inconvenience, however they make sure to get me a rental car for the time mine's in the shop. - F. Honest Auto Shop. My family has been taking our vehicles to Mac's II for over 10 years and they are good, honest people. From the people at the front counter to all the guys in the shop, everyone is fair and honest. They don't try to gauge you and they don't make you pay for anything that you don't actually need. They do excellent repairs! -SM
