I Like This Store. I found this store nice,clean and was asked if I needed help with anything.I am glad that they let you come in and look arouind with out being there as you walk in the door.I asked for help when I needed it and my questions wear answered.I do wish they offered a layaway and bigger sales some times.

Unfriendly!. Just received a gift card to Alpha and Omega for my birthday and I was hoping that I could do my shopping on-line because I vowed I would never go to that store again. My husband was looking for a large print Bible we not only did not get any help from the staff, we actually felt like we were interupting their day asking questions. Unlike the previous writer, we didn't even get a "God bless you" as we left. We found the sales staff to be unwelcoming, unhelpful, and haughty. But given that I need to use my gift card, I guess I will have to suck it up and go there one more time.

Poor Customer Support. Been doing buisness with Alpha and Omega since they opened over thirty years ago. Somewhere, somehow in the last several years, what used to be a welcoming, customer first, we are here to help attitude has all but vanished in my experience. A recent visit and purchase was the last straw; even to the point of cynically being wished "God Bless You" upon leaving. When you need Christian supplies AND someone in your corner, don't look here anymore.
