will not go there again, will not introduce friends there

Definitely had a very, very bad experience there, the receptionist was rude, and they gave you glasses even without putting into a case, just wrapped the glass into a piece of cloth, how much can a glass case be?
I made an appointment to adjust the glass, (when I initially picked up my glass, they even didn't have 10 minutes to help me at that time adjust my glass to save me one trip) the receptionist told me they may cancel the appointment, but will call me ahead of time if they do cancel my appointment. The reality was they canceled my appointment, but never called me ahead of time, when I got to the office, it was already closed, I was so, so frustrated...next week, when i called in, the receptionist never apologized, and we had a very, very unpleasant conversation.
