Very Pleased!. We showed up without an appointment just to inquire about the service and were greeted very professionally and allowed to come in right away on a Saturday morning. Owner was extremely helpful and friendly. We have 2 very large German Shepherds and she let the younger one roam around the shop while we bathed our older boy. Rude Owner. Very rude owner! Was extremely rude and unprofessional on the phone. I would not recommend this place or services to anyone. I ended up taking my dog to Petco for grooming which was a great experience. I was out in an hour and a half. I love supporting our communities small businesses, but not when customer service is not top priority. Sometimes it really does pay to go to a corporate place, especially when it is cheaper and has great customer service.…
