So nice, reassuring, competent, happy

Dr. Karen Duguid is awesome! She is so nice, reassuring, competent, and happy. She's knowledgeable and follows up appropriately. She's genuinely concerned about me, and she seems fun and hip. The only negative is the South Clinton office at Park West. No matter what time of day I go, they are always running very late. Every appointment, I've had to wait 30-45 minutes.
