Poor customer service. on the website you can email your question to the facility. I emailed a question marked it with a read receipt got a response that the email had been read and no response. Three weeks later the owner emailed me back stating she was going out of town until May 18th and she would contact me upon her return to discuss my order for a June 4th birthday party. I replied to her email my ideas and what i was looking for. I never ever heard back from her so apparently she doesnt care about pushing business aside or about negative reviews. If you are looking for timely responses and good service, or even a cake at all certainly avoid this place.
