HORRIBLE experience - worst customer service ever. I ordered flower's for my mother's birthday, calling one day before her birthday, with a request for them to be delivered the next day. I was told by the person I spoke to onsite at Julians, who was quite good and helpful, that this would be no problem. However, the flowers were not delivered to my mother on her birthday. What is more outrageous, however, is that the delivery person had the audacity to lie to my mother and tell her that the flowers had been ordered late and that it was my fault! It got worse from there. My credit card was then charged twice by Julian's, once for the amount we agreed upon and once for a totally random amount. I began calling the store the day of my mother's birthday, when it became obvious the flowers weren't going to show up, to discuss the late delivery. 12 days later, I am still calling the store. They do not answer the phone, but rather it is routed to a call center that has no authority to contact Julians. I have disputed the charges with my credit card company and refuse to pay either. I actually question whether there really is a Julians Florist. I live out of town and went by these reviews to select a nice gift for my mom - I guess I should have weighed the negative ones more heavily. I would strongly discourage anyone from buying from this merchant, especially if you'll be communicating by phone.

GORGEOUS!. My fiance' got me flowers from Julians for Valentines day and my birthday. On both occasions I was very excited about the arrangments. On valentines day I got two dozen beautiful long stemmed roses arranged impressively in a taller than usual style. On my birthday the arrangment came in a cube vase which I found to be an elegant change from wrapped flowers. The colors were vibrant and cheerful, they lasted almost two weeks as well! There was also little synthetic butterflys in the arrangement, and butterflys are my favorite. I thought this attention to detail was very impressive and unique!!!!

Unique style and great service!. There is nothing I love more than fresh flowers in my home. My husband has had almost every shop in the Rochester metro area deliver an arrangment to me at one time or another. No shops work has ever compared to the pieces I've received from Julians. I have always been extremely excited to show the arrangments off to my friends and family. Not only are the flowers beautiful & fresh, they are also always uniquely arranged. It's a great change from the norm, especially when most of my other girlfriends' husbands get them flowers from Wegmans. In addition, my husband has said he would never go to another florist because the employees at Julians always make him feel confident that his order will exceed expectations.

Best Florist in town! WOW!. I ordered flowers for my wife for our 20th anniversary. She received the most beautiful arrangement we had ever seen from a local florist. She told me that her fellow employees ooo'd and aaah'd and raved about the piece. Thanks for making me "Hero for a day!!!" You made my wife and I very happy. You have a costomer for life!

worst service ever experienced. I ordered flowers for my girlfriend on Valentine's Day (Feb. 14). They did not get delivered. The owner e-mailed me that evening and apologized and said he would upgrade my order and deliver it the next day. I told him to do it. It didn't happen. At this point (Feb. 16), I see a charge appear on my credit card though no service has been rendered. I call and e-mail the establishment numerous times. My e-mails are not returned. My calls are directed to a call center in Arkansas that has no idea about the order or how to reach Julian's. After being jerked around like this I just want to cancel the order but have no way to do so because I can't even reach the place. Finally, I go to my bank to issue a stop payment through Visa. The next day (Feb 22) I finally receive an e-mail saying my account will be credited. This is the WORST experience I have ever had with a business of any kind. Do NOT use this Florist!

Worst PLACE EVER. Over priced garbage.... I ordered flowers for my mothers birthday and they were not what i ordered and when i called to try to make it right the women on the phone started yelling at me and then hung up, i went down to her store and they were not there and i was told they are now being done out of the owners garage. I called and disputed the charge with american express and luckily was not charged.

the best flowers best service simply the best. best flowers iv ever ordered great service we received the flowers the same day very fresh lasted 2 weeks they were beautiful we had more coplaments then all the reast

Terrible. Ordered a plant for our daughter. Delivered something completely different. Claimed they couldn't reach us even though they had working telephone numbers and email addresses for us. Called to get satisfaction. Was promised a manager would call us. Never did.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Most unique style in metro-rochester.... wonderfull florist always on time, always beautiful flower arrangements. I have used Julian's for years and they have exceeded my expectations every time. Highly Recommended. .
