Friendly, Nice, clean, safe, and not out to get you. I don't have many piercings, but getting my ears pierced was a nightmare. Jason is the owner of the store, and he really gives it a personal touch that puts you at such ease. He takes the time to make sure you understand fully what after care needs to go in, and you can always go back with questions. This shop is probably one of the best experiences I have ever had in Rochester.
