HAIRZOO is HORRIBLE. I specifcally asked for layers, and sweep bangs that go to the left. Since it costs extra to blow dry (style) even though it is 22 degrees. So I left with wet hair, and drove 20 minitues home. I then blowdried it and straightened it to find out that my bangs were horribly uneven and way to short and not sweeped and the layers were uneven as well. I then drove back 20 min to get it fixed. They were not nice, and the manager was less then helpful. They tried fixing it as best as they could without chopping more hair off. It still wasnt what I wanted, and I still wasnt happy. They just told me to go home and mybe in few days I will like it. Well I asked for a refund becasue I do not like it, I dont like the way they treated me after asking them to fix it and the fact it wasnt done right the first time......and they dont me I cant have a refund.

I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HORRIBLE HAIRSTYLISTS.
