I had a valve leak a few hours before having to go out of town, and Eugene was able to find the parts for my water meter and fix it the same day, allowing me not to have to move my travel arrangements. I sincerely appreciate his going the extra mile (literally, since he had to drive about 40 miles to pick up the part) to resolve my problem quickly.

Troy Sprague cabled the roots out of our sewer line. He and his assistant are pros. They even put booties over their shoes with they entered our house to check the plumbing! We appreciate this thoughtfulness. When they left my wife exclaimed, “They’re real gentleman.” Thank you.

Never Again!. Mr. Rooter arrived about an hour after they said someone was on their way. It started with him yelling my name across my house repeatedly to ask me if I had septic or sewer. He told me that my system was built incorrectly, and that he would need to take my toilet off and charge me more money to do so! I have since learned that that was not true! Ninety minutes later I had nothing fixed and a guy who was rude and disrespectful in my home who took an incredibly long time to "clean up" his tools (all two of them) while talking on his cell phone! Never again!
