This is my first time having a personal trainer and I love it. My trainer Ronnie Dennis is great!!! He gives me a great workout each time I come. I love it here at the RAC, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good place to workout with great people and great equipment. =)
I have been using a personal trainer for over a month now, and it really helps you work all of your muscle groups and gets you used to all of the equipment. Steve Gardner, is my my trainer, and he is just great. I would highly recommend him.

I am type 1 Diabetic and had been told for at least 5 years that excercise would help my blood sugar control. I have been a member for 6 months now and my blood sugar control is now close to a normal persons. Staff is extremely friendly and no matter what time of day you never have to wait for any equipment. Do yourself a favor and sign up - even if it's just to make yourself feel better!
Greece Ridge RAC rocks!! I was reluctant to join at first but decided to try something new to take better care of myself. Within two weeks I was completely hooked! Everyone here is so friendly and helpful! They really want to see you succeed and meet your fitness goals. My trainer -Danny D, instructor -Geoff, and Turbokick instructor - Danny M are awesome and very encouraging! Definitely would recommend joining this gym!
Rochester Athletic Club Review. I had been running outisde everyday for some exercise, but when the dog days of summer set in and running in 90 degrees stopped being enjoyable, I decided I wanted to join the gym. I was really impressed right from the start of the cleanliness of the facility, the quality and amount of the machines, and the extreme friendliness of every staff all of the time. I soon discovered classes, and before I took classes at the RAC, I had assumed that classes weren't for me. After just a couple, I was hooked, and I saw extreme results. Overall, it's a great club!
Rochester Athletic Club Greece New York. Started working out here last summer after a year of working out at another local gym. After a year of NO A/C in the summer, No Heat in the winter and equipment that was always broken and dust on the floor from 1975.... I went to train @ the RAC with a friend. Went for a week and really enjoyed it. Everyone is very nice, club is clean equiment is great and Im never bothered with anything while im working out. I <3 The RAC.
Pittsford RAC. I joined the Rochester Athletic Club (RAC) about a year ago and I could not be happier. The staff is so friendly, the atmosphere is vibrant, and the fitness classes are both challenging and fun. I absolutely love going to the club every day after work. I frequent the Pittsford RAC the most and the general manager at that location—James—is a fantastic guy, and is enthusiastic about meeting all members. Go in and join today, you will not regret it!
Greece Ridge RAC. I absolutely LOVE the RAC here at Greece Ridge Mall. The staff is so friendly, willing to help with anything you need!! Facility is excellently maintained! Steve is my personal trainer and he created a personal program for what I was looking to focus on. He is wonderful!! Very knowledgable and gives me that extra push I need!! I can honestly say this is the BEST gym I have been to, and I wouldn't think about going anywhere else!
Greece Ridge RAC.
I have worked out at the RAC for about 6 years now. The staff are all very friendly and it makes the atmosphere comfortable to work out in. They all work hard to get you involved and make you feel part of the activites going on at the gym.
My personal trainer at the RAC is Denise. I worked out with a few trainers since I have been going to the RAC and Denise has given me some of the best results I have seen. I always look forward to my work outs with her. She listens to what I want to achieve and helps me reach each goal I have. I feel stronger and have so much more energy just by a few tips she gives me with my diet and cardio work outs. Denise makes working out fun by giving me challenges, but gives me so much motivation to keep going and make more goals for my self.
I enjoy the RAC as a whole since its a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. I would recommond Denise to anyone looking for a trainer. She is a wonderful trainer and will give you the results your looking for.
