A Cameron Salon has an excellent professional salon. It has a friendly atmosphere and the services are fantastic. Their products they sell are top of the line. I would definitely recommend it to any one who appreciates excellent service

A Cameron is a Top Shelf salon. Superb service, quality products and a professional staff who will make you feel valued and comfortable. They are masters of their trade. It's more than worth the hours drive, even my NYC daughter makes the trip to A Cameron whenever she is home. A big city feel in a small, friendly community.

LOVE THIS SPA!!! My girls have gone their several times. Great experience, warm atmosphere and they make us feel right at home. My oldest is dying to go back to get her nails done. The owner is seasoned and creates art with his styles. Highly recommended!

Completely satisfied! Love the location, I used to frequent the salon when it was on Park Ave, this is must more convenient. The owner is a master stylist and creates magic ... I am not easy to please. His staff is superb, and regularly takes care of my granddaughters. I use a special shampoo & conditioner that I can only find here. You must visit A Cameron!!! 2 thumbs up!!!

Horrible business and Customer Service. I was planning a vacation for my girlfriend and myself, and decided to get her a gift certificate here to get pampered before the trip. I purchased a 100 dollar gift certificate. She scheduled a time to go in, and then had to cancel and reschedule. No sweat I thought, things come up, right?

Wrong, the salon basically said that because she did not come in when she scheduled, even though she called and cancelled, that they would not honor the gift certificate, and she was not welcome in the salon. We tried to work with them to have services rendered for the gift certificate but the person we spoke to became belligerent and would not try to rectify the situation.

There are plenty of spas in Rochester, I would avoid this one like the plague. For a service-related establishment, they sure know how to treat customers like garbage.

HORRIBLE OVERALL!!!. I had my hair chopped! Stylist didnt do what I asked. When I called the owner he was very rude and unhelpful. I went in to see him and he was rude as soon as I walked in. The owner yelled at me telling me it was my fault and I asked for my money back. MY MONEY WAS THROWN AT ME AND I WAS TOLD TO LEAVE!
