Chris Ross is the BEST in Rochester!. I've only been with Chris Ross Agency for 6 months and I absolutely love him! All of my questions are always answered, I feel taken care of and I always get updated on discounts and new coverage. I've used other insurance agencies and Chris Ross Agency by far is the easiest and most dependable, I use them for home and auto insurance! Best Insurance Agent in Rochester, NY!. Chris Ross is our exclusive insurance agent for our business. We've bee going to him for about a year at State Farm but have also been with him at another agency. So far the experience has been very good with Chris and he does the best he can working with our driving records! I like Chris, he's a very personable guy and the people who work for him are also very nice. They do a great job of checking up on my policies.
