Understaffed?. Had to wait for host--but only after a server shouted into the kitchen three times, "Hey, I need help out here."

Then, two poached eggs on separate pieces of bread and two plates? Had other negative experiences before; we're going to a restaurant in E. Rochester--lower prices, friendlier service, good food.

Avoid at all costs. I have gone there twice, about a year apart. Both times early afternoon after lunch rush, about 2 or 3.

The first time the place looked like a frat party just took place, but no one was making any effort to at least take the garbage off the floor.

I ordered a cheese omelet, but the cheese sauce that was on it was rancid. I sent it bank, waited very long, eventually got a cold omelet with unmelted cheese and with the rancid cheese sauce on the side. In case I wanted to sip rancid cheese sauce.

The second time I had 'potato pancakes' that were batter on the inside.

Both times minimal service, Pleasant people, but not too interested in working, keeping the place clean, or refilling drinks.
