Do NOT get ANYTHING from this company!!!.
I live and work in NYC - grew up in Rochester so I thought I'd give some business to my hometown - big mistake. They are simply the worst and most inept company I have EVER dealt with. Ordered towels
8 weeks ago have not received them yet. Every time I contact these idiots all I get is "we did nothing wrong" the simpleton who is "Customer Service" just hangs up on you when he doesn't have an answer. They keep giving me tracking #s that don't register or indicate that a package has been delivered to them. Below is a transcript of one of the mind-numbing interactions I've had with them...

Obviously these people have no respect for their customers and I still have no working tracking # or towels...sad to say this but I will not be supporting this Rochester based business and you should not either!!!…
Excellent !!!. I love to do business with them , I bought towels from Towel Depot and have them charge me after 60 days I cannot believe they give me that far ahead payment terms. Really enjoyed working with this company. A++++++ All the way…
Worst EVER they owe me Money and refuse to pay. I purchased towels and returned them. The company sent me back some towels and told me they would provide a refund for the balance. This is bak in Feb. I still haven't received a penny from this company. Multiple times they have told me that they have mailed me a check and I've never seen it. The company owes me a total of $150 and refuses to pay even after going through the BBB. If your thinking of using this company read what the BBB has to say. 12 complaints and the majority of them the BBB says the company did not make a good faith effort to resolve. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!…
