Dr. Randy has been my dentist for years now, he and his staff are my favorite. Its like visiting friends when I come to the dentist and I never have to wait long. He really knows what he's doing and I can trust him 100%.

Since I started coming to Dr. Raetz I actually enjoy coming the dentist. This office has personality and makes each visit fun, everyone is so nice and always professional. Dr. Raetz is great, he makes me laugh and explains everything to me in a way I can understand. I don't think there's anyone better in Rochester.

Dr. Randy makes the dentist fun, he's always making jokes and he's just a nice guy. His staff is great too--its like a family.

I recommend Randy anytime the opportunity presents itself. Discussing the great staff, the community commitment, sponsorship to sports teams, the technology they use and the care Randy takes to get to know his patients as more than just patients.

I always brag to my friends about my awesome dentist. Personal, friendly, everyone at the office knows you, and you can watch DVDs! And see your teeth via the tooth cam. Technology, personal attention, and quality care!

Good Experience. I have had a very good experience with sedation dentistry with Dr. Randy Raetz. The comfortable atmosphere really impressed me when I first became a patient 3 years ago.

Don't Let Him Fake You Out!. Dr. Raetz currently uses a review writing service to post positive reviews. My personal experiences with "Dr. Randy" are more than questionable. The majority of his staff is great, it's just too bad they work for an individual who openly seeks patients to "maximize their insurance benefits" by performing potentially unnecessary procedures near the end of the calendar year. That is if he even does the procedures correctly. It's never a good sign when multiple dentists say that the majority of the fillings Dr. Raetz has placed have to be repaired within a year. IT'S NO SURPRISE THAT HE HAS HAD HIS LICENSE ON A STAYED SUSPENSION PREVIOUSLY! My opinion, look elsewhere and save yourself the hassle.

Doesn't feel like a dentists office. I've been going to Dr. Raetz since 2008 and its crazy how it doesn't feel like I'm going to the dentists when I stop in. Everyone there really makes it have a different feeling, more like going to see friends than a dentist visit. Everyone is so friendly and Dr. Raetz really does an awesome job on my teeth. He is the best dentist that I've been to in the Rochester area because of the great work he does and his amazing staff. - Chris

Best Dentists!. Dr. Raetz always does a fantastic job getting my kids to take care of their teeth. He is so natural working with children, and his office is designed to keep kids occupied while they wait (DVD Player so they can watch movies). He is a wonderful dentist who really knows what he's doing. - Ann
