Mercedes Benz Masters.
Let me first say that going to the mechanic can be much like going to the dentist, I hate it. When I do have to go it is surely to the guys in Geneva at GFS. I don't mind making the short trip from
Canandaigua to have them service my 2007 Mercedes E350 4matic. As a matter of fact I actually enjoy going their and having a cup of gourmet coffee while sitting in their waiting room. It seems that every time I go there I meet another interesting customer that I have a chance to chat with. The employees and office are very inviting.
My impression of this facility is that they are top notch. I don't think that you could find better, more qualified people to work on your car. I have been to both Syracuse Mercedes and Rochester Mercedes and neither are as impressive as Geneva Foreign & Sports. Every time I am there for service, whether it is an oil change or something major, they bring me into the shop and show me my vehicle. The Mercedes factory trained technician that I use is Eric. You will not be disappointed by this fabulous group of gentlemen.…
Peerless BMW Repairs.
Since the day my 2006 BMW 750 went out of warranty I have been taking it to Geneva Foreign & Sports. The service advisers there have been superior to deal with. Kenny has gone out of his way numerous
times to help me with transportation and to even drop a loaner vehicle off to my house after hours. The cost of their oil changes is about half of what I was paying in Rochester.
Upon my latest trip to have a transmission issue looked at I was very pleased. My car started to develop a harsh shift in the morning and I was very worried that the transmission was having some sort of internal failure. I brought my car in and while I was waiting their master mechanic Jarrad pulled my car right inside. He hooked it up to their BMW scanner and showed me that we were probably dealing with a simple software issue. They even updated my car while I waited and took me for a test drive afterwards. Perfect job! I couldn't be more pleased. If you want honest, competent mechanics then this is your place.…
