CONTRACT MEANS NOTHING. I have no choice but to sue in small claims court to get my money back. I paid in full $300 FLAT FEE (according to what i signed) to represent me for 1 appearance in court(dumb me) later got a call from his office that he could not attend and needed to reschedule, well the court didn't reschedule it, not only did i have to appear, but i represented myself the judge ruled without him being there. i called his office to inform his paralegal and she says he will switch to HOURLY BILLING (what was the FLAT FEE contract even for?) anyways well I disagreed with that and had to take it to small claims court because my money to this day still has not been refunded. basically he didnt do what I hired him to do and has the nerve to keep my money. WOW!! the cheap price should have been a red flag.…
