Terrible Experience. I was at dennys today and i was there with my sister and we each had a grandchild with us .The children were one and two years old and were less than cooperative at staying seated and quiet,my sister and i were doing what grammas do and basically threatening them that they needed to be good and eat or we were gonna leave and we had to do this several times. not loud or rude in anyway i calm and rational the whole time anyway this old woman stops at our table as she is leaving and tells me " just so you know gramma ,yu were more annoying than the child" and walked away, i then started crying cause that hurt my feelings and turned around and asked her "well why is that what did i do?" she ignored me until she got to the register and started talking rudely about me to the cashier. I then asked her why she said that and again asked her what did i do besides try and get him to mind,she then looked at me and said well he was crawling all over the booth and all yu did was threaten him over and over, i then said well he is two what would yu have me do spank him in the restaurant cause i am not going to, she then said something im not sure so i told her really it was none of her business then the manager comes to my table telling me i am being disturbing to the lunch crowd ARE YOU KIDDING ME!So i got up left my food on the table and told him i was leaving and would not be back i then left .A waitress followed me out like i was gonna beat up an old lady mean are yoou people for real , i was the one upset and crying HELLO!!Anyway it ended up the waitress was gonna call the police and said her two waitress friends were gonna swear that my sister assauted her.Are yu all for real.All of this because of some crotchetty old woman.I will not return and will make sure if i do i have all 14 grandkids with me HA watch out old woman here we come
