Painfully slow service. Let's see: typically takes 30 seconds to get my meal from my car, but six to eight minutes while standing alone in the restaurant!! Anyone else see the incongruity here? Watched the staff sloth around the kitchen, not really in a rush to get food prepped or served. Other times times, before they were handed to me, my Frosty sat out for so long next to hot equipment that it was like soup. Also, a thick yellow chunk of a lettuce head's heart is not "lettuce." Complained to management, received a single call back while at work, all attempts to return the call went unanswered. Terrible, terrible service.
