I was searching for a cake for my son's 18th Birthday and happened upon Grand Finales, not only did the owner have great customer service, but the environment was very inviting and to top it off, all the cake samples were delicious. I am no artist, but I gave her a rough draft of what I would like the cake to look like and she brought it to life, my guests actually thought the cake was fake, but when they tasted it everyone raved about how good it was. The cake was a hit and I am looking forward to having her make my cake for my vow renewal. Try Grand Finales it'll be the best choice you'll ever make!!;)

They did a cake for my wife's bridal shower, and it was delicious! Jane was very honest with us about the flavors and with what she was able to do with our ideas. I am so thankful that it turned out so beautifully, just like my bride! I can't wait to see our wedding cake!

Great Service!. The birthday cake Jane made for me was amazing. She made me a globe (The world) because I've traveled to over 100 countries. It was almond flavor and she outlined all the continents with frosting. She did an awesome job, very artistic!

Great Service!. I've been very satisfied with the catering services Jane has provided me. I usually get an array of cupcakes & cakes. My favorite is the almond cake but I've had a couple of different flavors over the years. The appearance of her cakes are very appealing to me!

Highly Recommended!. My wife and I have been using Grand Finales for years for all our cakes. They did my daughters wedding cake, birthday cakes and other family occasions. Jane is very friendly. Everything is excellent and always ready when promised. We wouldn't go anywhere else in Rochester, NY for our cakes. -Pete & Sharon

Midnight Manhattan is AMAZING!. The specific flavor Midnight in Manhattan from Grand Finales is my favorite. I tried to choose a different flavor than this for my wedding cake because my wife usually does not like toffee, but when my wife tried the Midnight in Manhattan she couldn't get enough. It is hands down both of our favorite cake. - M.D.

Best Desserts I have EVER tasted. The Midnight in Manhattan is by far my absolute favorite. I always get compliments whenever I have one of Janes desserts at an event. Rochester's Best fine desserts!. My favorite elegant desserts for your most special occasions in Rochester, NY Metro!

We're from NYC and Jane has done a phenomenal job on our daughters 1st birthday cake with snow flakes and a winter wonderland theme. This year we went with a huge 2 tier cupcake cake where she used 'Midnight in Manhattan' chocolate on one tier, (which is unbelievable) and my wife always gets the raspberry with lemon tier which is a very good contrast! Plus she makes excellent cookies as well, I believe we got like 6 pounds of cookies too. Honestly, all for a more than fair price where I felt like I was getting a professional cake and something you'd see at a 5 star restaurant where you'd get those big fancy desserts!

The quality was top notch and I wouldn't get any other cake or cookies unless it was made by Jane!! - Frank J.
