pizza chef a blast from the past ...when pizza shops were not a franchised chain. I think pizza chef had great pizza the crust is not too thick it reminds me of the pizza I get in NYC, the sauce not too over powering or tomatoe-y. I like lotsa toppings esp. anchoivies and they do not skimp! I think the value is good and my son orders calzones alot and has them delivered . I like that they are in the village and not a chain ( at least I don't think they are). I had a good experience when I went to pick up my pizza and the counter staff was friendly . The chocolate chip cookie I also bought was fresh and tasted homemade. I would have no second thoughts ordering again and most likely will.

horrible customer service. I have enjoyed pizza from pizza chef many times but recently have found the owner and employees have no idea how to deal with customers. The pizza is good but they have "messed up" my order on me several times.I have delt with it at least 2 times before I called and complained. The owner was very rude and insistant that food wasn't ordered correctly, when I told him " I heard the order while it was being placed by my father", he told me I was being rude!!! I went to the pizza shop to return the unwanted wrong order and was givin an attitude from the time I walked in.....I will not be giving them my buisnes anymore, my only suggestion to any who order from the pizza chef in fairport ,ny is speak slowly.....
