Customer with no clout treated like Dirt

I use to love going to Lus, in fact have been going for about 12 years now. You check in your merchandise they price it and put it out on the shelfs. You get a check for 1/2 of price sold for. Sounds great right???? i use to bring stuff to them in a regular basis stuff my kids wore once or twice. People who know me will tell you I take very good care of my stuff. However, you would not know it with the way they price things. Certain customers get higher priced even if item is less than perfect and others get low balled....
Anyway, perfect example went in yesterday with a friend to purchase some play clothes for my girls.. I am a preferred customer so when I ring out they add points to your account and once you have 20 you get 20.00 free. My friend checked out using my name because she does, not really the point here. She rang out and I had 20 points, so I thought great I will use my 20.00 free and not have to add to the total as I do not come here a lot any more. The one woman behind the counter realized and was cool with the scenario, The rest of the employees were rude, did not seem to know policy nor want to familiarize themselves with what was happening. Long story short after being embarrassed by all involved I left my merchandise and walked out. I was so mad at them being a regular that I was treated like that. i have vowed to my friend and self never to shop there again no matter what...

- Cons: Pricing not consistent with merchandise quality
