I truly take exception to the first post on the page. To say that the staff there is rude is ludicrous. I have been shopping there for a long time and frankly, the entire staff there is so excellent that it is one of my favorite places to shop. I am always greeted by the ladies at the desk and made to feel like I am a very important customer to them. I was there this morning and there were 4 people working there and they were all smiling, helpful and what I have come to expect and appreciate at that store. Always a pleasure and always a wonderful shopping experience. Obviously, if the person that wrote the first tip is not a satisfied shopper in that store, I imagine she is not satisfied anywhere she goes. Sometimes, no matter how hard you try, you can not please some people.

Fabulous Items - RUDE STAFF. A beautiful upscale shop with myriad gorgeous things and the most UNFRIENDLY, UNhelpful staff anywhere. I have visited this location several times thinking I would give it a chance being that I live fairly close. I have been well groomed and nicely dressed each visit (not that that should matter very much) and have yet to be acknowledged, much less greeted, despite several sales ladies standing right in front of me. In fact, the last time I visited I greeted THEM and received scowls in return. To date I have not spent a penny, nor will I, in a shop with such rude employees. It's not as if the merchandise cannot be found elsewhere. I'll spend my money where I am appreciated. No more "chances" from me.

Unique gift shop. This is the place to buy a unique gift or greeting card! I first discovered this store when my realtor brought me a gift of shortbread cookies in a box which was fashioned to look like an English cottage! Expect to see new and different things each time you visit. You won't be disappointed.
