Be careful here..
I didn't find the owner to be honest.
I left a table there for repair, but changed my mind due to the cost. When I went to pick it up the next day, the owner asked me to think about it. I decided to leave the table there while I tried to justify the cost in my budget.
I put my home up for sale a short while after and forgot that I had left the table at Tichenor's. When I realized my mistake I called (in September). I was told the repair was half done (although I hadn't authorized it). She says that I told her to go ahead with the repair and claims to not remember our conversation. I picked the table up, and it is half sanded and is not usable.
I never received a call to ask whether to go ahead with the job or not, or if I had forgotten. It was there for two months.
She was unwilling to work with me on a fair price to complete the job, which I hadn't wanted done.
My advice to anyone going to Tichenor's should ask to get everything in writing (not via e-mail, since only half were claimed to be received), and to be cautious. I'd recommend going somewhere else!
