Superior customer service!. A warm and welcoming atmosphere, the stylists are very helpful and do their best to make a customer feel beautiful when they leave the salon. It is a very relaxing atmosphere. Coffee at the ready and the manicure and pedicure was the most relaxing and beautifully done I have ever had. I would highly recommend this Salon for any service either style or nail related. They really strive to please and it is evident in all they do. No high pressure and no being ignored. Their prices are fair and competitive and they work with you to achieve a look you can enjoy and be proud of. Definitely five stars!

Best Salon in Rochester!. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted for my wedding day. I had nothing to worry about! Marc new exactly what to do. He inquired about my dress, my "look" for the bridal party and took it from there. He tied it all together effortlessly and beautifully! I was truly a princess for a day!! On top of it all we had the studio all to ourselves! I never thought I could have been that relaxed on the day of my wedding!! It was incredible!

Salon Brio delivers... I went to the salon looking for a change. He looked at the shape of my face and determined the right cut for me...It is the best hairstyle I ever had in my life. I've been to other salons but this one is something special. The atmosphere is relaxed and serene. Great people, excellent results!
