THE WORST CAR DEALERSHIP IN ROCHESTER. Brought my subaru to Doyle Subaru in Webster, NY in 2007 for minor collision repair and alignment. The work was done so poorly that I returned it 3 different times for them to get it done correctly. Had to deal with the looser owner (Mark Doyle). They have the worst customer service I have ever seen. They have no respect for any customers. As long as they get your money that's all they care about. The collision repair was never done correctly and they never did the alignment, so I took them to court and WON the case against them. If you have brought your car there and they never did the work correctly, bring them to court. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CAR DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!! If you need excellent service on your subaru go to VAN BORTEL. Subaru of America should be ashamed to let them sell and service Subaru cars.

They laughed at me!.
Took my car to Doyle Subaru in Webster, NY.. They were given the task of checking my overheating engine and replaced parts - charged me 784.00 for parts and Labor.
Later when I needed to use the AC, engine began overheating. I had my cousin (mechanic) look at the problem and found the two main cooling fans UNPLUGGED. Plugged them in and they still were not functioning. Took vehicle back to Doyle Subaru only to be questioned and interrogated by Service Admin and Technician. I asked them if they could assist with the check engine light (which was indicating Fan Relay problem) and they further insulted me until I asked them if I should just take it to Van Bortel Subaru. They were LAUGHING AT ME as I drove away. DO NOT take your vehicle to Doyle if you value your car.
