Worst service department. Overpriced, always behind schedule and they try to sell you things you don't need. I would not recommend this place to an enemy. Save your time and go to Monro Muffler or any other shop...this place is brutal!!! I have had to wait over an hour on a few occasions for an oil change, what is the point of scheduling an appointment?
Great Experience – I was recently looking for an SUV that I would be able to afford. I'm a single mom and needed to trade in my Lincoln LS for something larger and better on gas! The salesmen at Vision were very understanding and knowledgable, even about their used cars. They gave me more than what the other dealerships offered me for my old car, and now I'm in a Honda Element with very low miles. Overall, I'm beyond satisfied with their services!
That's My VISION! – Hats Off to VIsion Nissan in Webster!!! I went in to trade in my Lexus ES 330 because the payment was too high. They not only paid off my loan but hooked me up with an 2010 Altima with Leather Heated Seats, Tint, Alarm, and Upgrade Wheels for $150 LESS than what my payment was. They were Super Friendly, Helpful and best of all NO BS! When I brought my Altima in for it's first oil change (which they incidentally set up for me when I first bought the car) they even inflated my tires with Nitrogen on the house! WOW!! Friendly, Bending Over Backwards, Best Price AND Follow-up after the Sale....How Can you Lose!! Thanks Vision Nissan!!
Dissappointed – Went to Vision Nissan today to look at vehicles. Hours posted for opening time was 9am. Got there around 9:10 am. Finally seen someone around 9:40. Nobody around at the Resale Center. Salesman came, talked to us and took us over to the Vision Nissan dealership next door. Talked for a little while, tried to make a deal then left for a doctors appointment. Returned to dealership to around 1:40 p.m. to talk to prior salesman, his co-worker called him and said he will be here in 5 minutes .... waited .... waited .. waited ... waited. 25 minutes goes by and other salesman comes back out and says do you want to drive it while waiting for him. We say sure, 10 minutes goes by, he comes back out with out keys and says your prior salesman will be here in 30 seconds, he is coming down the road right now .... waited ... waited .. waited .... waited another 20 minutes and he finally pulls in. Ask the price, he goes in to get the keys ... we wait ... wait ... wait another 15 minutes he comes back out talking on his phone to someone trying to locate the keys, goes back in the dealership ... we wait again .. wait ... wait ... he comes back out and says I'm sorry folks we can't find the keys, I guess I can't help you. So we left. Hey Vision, you just lost about an $18,000 sale because you fools cannot find the keys to a car on your lot! Does this happen often?
Friendliest Dealer in Rochester – My wife and I had a very positive experience this time around buying a used car. Johnny O helped change our opinion of used car salesmen. We never felt pressured to buy a car the day we went to the dealership and that's exactly why we bought one from Graham Nelson Johnny O helped us pick out the best car suited for our needs, not just the one that would give him the best commission. He listened to our concerns and gave us honest opinions about vehicles. He was very patient and easy to work with and didn't make us feel like we were taking up his time with all our questions and concerns. We will definately purchase another vehicle from Graham and Johnny.
Worst dealer I have ever met - No ethics, Not trustworthy, Ridiculous service – Got quote from them through email and negotiated about final price (at the very beginning, I made it very clear that I would not waste my over one-and-half hour trip to their dealership before we could agree on final price). Then I went there in person to finish the deal with the price we agreed on printed out in case some unfavorable things would happen. However, after I got there, it ended up with that they refuse to hornor the price we agreed on, their excuse is that is the mistake of their staff. What a fxxking ridiculous rip off, I felt being treated totally rude and with no respect. There was not even a truly apology about their so called "mistake". I still not sure what the hell that kind of tricks do any good to them. Please save your life and time by not deal with them.
