GREAT FOOD. WE JUST GOT BACK FROM THE GARLIC PIT. THE FOOD WAS GREAT. SERVICE WAS FAST, FOOD WAS HOT. OUR WAITRESS WAS LAURA. SHE WAS VERY PERSONABLE AND FRIENDLY. I WILL TELL MY FRIENDS ABOUT THE PLACE

90 minutes and still No Food!. Two weeks ago on a Saturday evening, my wife and two young sons went to dinner at the Garlic Pit at 696 Ridge Road in Webster. We waited over 90 minutes and watched people arrive after us, receive their food, eat it, and leave. It was obvious to me and others sitting close by us, unless you were friends or family of the restaurant, you were not getting your food in a timely manner. The three waitresses never told us they were short-staffed, the kitchen was backed up, etc. We were only told, "I'm sorry" about 5 times. We walked out without eating and will never go back!
