I have been a customer of this salon
for about 20 years and my family and neighbors have been going to the salon longer than that. So I think my opinion means more than the ignorant, rude, snobby, trashy, nothing better to do with her life (ok I think we get it lol) lady that wrote a bad review below me.
I have never had a bad experiance with Analisa she treats her clients with a personal touch every time. When I am getting my hair cut I am offered coffee and other things to make me more comfortable. Analisa also knows what I like done with my hair so I dont even have to tell her (Can you say good customer service!!!!!!). I will never go anywhere else.
Lady below me I dont know what salon you went to but it cant be Impulse because it sounds like your making up a bunch of BS.
The worst salon experience I ever had.
Wish I could rate this establishment with a half-star (it did have a convenient location). New to the area, I acquired a Groupon to check out local hair salons, and found an offer for full-highlights, cut, and color from Impulse Hair Design. After spending 3 hours in the chair I walked away with the hair cut I did not ask for, partial highlight (that didnâ??t even touch my roots), and a no-label bottle conditioner that provided no nourishment to my hair. During services I asked the woman if she was going to highlight the bottom portion of my hair, she stated it would cost extra. Cost extra? The Groupon specifically states full highlights. After seeing the cut did not turn out how I intended, I showed her a photo of how I wanted it done, and she argued that was the cut she gave me. What happened to the customer is always right?
Do not bother going for services at this place. If you bought a Groupon walk-in, cash it out, and spend your money somewhere else.
