Finally a Mechanic I can Trust. Turner Auto Care went above and beyond to fix my car as fast as possible. They gave me a fair price and will definitely be using them again.
Horrible Experience. I cant describe the problems I went thru, 6 wheel bearings in 18 months due to incorrect installation. Cost me so much headache and money. Finally had to forgo my warranty just to get it done correctly elsewhere. Been 5 months on the new bearings with no issues...steer clear from this auto shop.

My 2001 Audi A6 needed a new front axle and brakes, and Robert Turner made me instantly feel confident in his ability to get the job done quickly and cost efficiently. I am always treated respectfully and feel comfortable in his shop. My boyfriend was so impressed with the service that I received at Turner Auto Care that he just scheduled his next service appointment for his Volvo S80.
Robert Turner really does make me feel like family, and I will continue to refer my friends and family to Turner Auto Care.

Restoring my shaky opinion of Auto Repair Facilities.
Everyone was very nice! Explained my auto issues in layman's terms and really help me understand the importance of maintenance. Instead of a new radiator, I could have just done a radiator flush and saved alot of money.
Dave the technician that worked on my vehicle, came out and explained why my radiator leaked. Almost a year later, my radiator leaked again, I called, they got me right in and found a defective part and replaced it for FREE. Can't say that about too many businesses these days!!

I didn't have a good experience at all. After sitting for 5 days, and getting no straight answers, in utter frustration I showed up to pick up my Lexus, only to be presented with a Bill for almost $200!
I was shocked! I was never told I was going to have to pay when after being without my car for almost 5 days, I didn't have an answer to what was wrong!
This is no way top run a business.
I'll never do business with you again, and I've told everyone I know to stay away!
