Best Gym I've been to!!. The RAC has a lot to offer from the new equipment to all the fun classes. Jeff Harrison signed my fiance and me up and was very helpful during the whole process making sure he explained everything to us and all the great ammentities it has to offer. There are plenty of well trained employees who are there to help me with any questions. I feel 100% comfortable working out there and love being a member.

PT with Rob L.. I am rating the RAC in Henrietta 5 stars because they more than deserve it. I usually workout on my own. I looked in the mirror one day and didnt see the results i was working so hard on achieving. I signed up for PT with Rob Larson. I had no idea what I was getting myself into. We started off slow (the first 10 minutes) then he had me doing walking lunges with 10lb weights! Then wall squats! When I say that I could not walk or sit for days, I mean it! Once my body got used to these exercises, he switched it up on me. I will continue to train with Rob because I like the results I see when I now look in the mirror!

Horrible scam. I am not trying to be over dramatic about this at all. I, a year ago, signed up at the gym in an attempt to quit smoking and loose the rest of the weight after I had my second child. When I walked in I wanted to sign up for just three months but got pressured to sign a year contract which come to find out ended up being a two year contract when I stopped paying it that is when I found out that the guy who signed me up got me to sign a two year contract. He did not let me read over the contract. He just told me this says this and this says this. It was a total scam. Not to mention that I continued to pay out my year even after not using it because my three year old daughter came out of the playgroup telling me that she knew where you have you know. Yes a three year old, who doesn't go to daycare. Where else would she have gotten it from. I was appauled and we never went back. If you have children beware. She also came out one day with hand marks on her arm which they told me was from another child. Now that I look back I am not sure that a child in the age groups that were present could have put the marks on her arms. I have 5 witnesses to that which would be happy to let you know that they were definately present on both arms. I ask you just be careful. Read over your contract carefully and thoroughly before signing. And check your kids over when they leave. Don't let them be another victim of the childcare. I was also threatened that if I took this to court or pressed charges that they would destroy me. I can't afford a good enough attorney and we are moving to Fort Bliss and they won't even look at canceling my account unless I back down and pay what they say I owe when I don't. Just be careful.

best gym in town. I have had my run at a few gyms around town, and even though the RAC Henrietta doesnt look as up to date as say, midtown, it is a good place to work out. The staff there all know your name and help keep you motivated. They offer classes and personal training and I have definitly seen a difference. I think it is great that I can go to any of the RACs in town and each one has a different atmosphere that makes my workout suit my needs. They are great!
