friendly. Twice I brought my appliance in for "warranty" work..Then I get a bill for at lease 45-50 dollars for repairs I did not authorize or a tune up I did not request. This gentleman is nice enough to credit me back the money, but I don't know how much clearer I can be when stating I only want the warranty work done! I buy my supplies there which are quality items and are expensive so he's got me as a customer for that but if I need something repaired I have to really be desperate.…
