No Service at a "Box Store". Mr. Urbanski purchased a Dyson vacuum from a big box store, when it broke he wanted us to perform free service. We informed Mr. Urbankski that our main objective is to service customers who purchase products from us, and "Free Big Box warranty repairs" are completed after that.

Super Vacuums on Winton Rd.. Not happy with the service at ALL!!! Brought in a vacuum for warranty work and it sat there for almost 3 weeks, about 19 days to be exact. Had to pick up the vacuum and ship it to the factory because Super Vacuum was "too busy to fix a warranty item" Would not recommend to anyone.

very friendly and very knowlegable staff. what a great experience. after shopping the other vacuum stores for a vacuum, supervacuums had the absolute best selection, best value, and most knowledgable staff.
