Great for lunch..
Antonetta's is like the men's club, I see very few women there, not that they aren't welcome. Open for lunches only Monday to Friday and Friday evening dinners. The owner Nick Petrillo is very
personable, walking around talking to the customers. Their patrons seems to be a larger percentage of attorneys and judges than most places. The menu is written up on a whiteboard with daily changes. Everything is pretty good. The red sauce here is probably the best around. Home made gnocchi is also light and perfect. The sausage and meatballs can't be beat. Another favorite is the chicken Italiano roast half a chicken seasoned to perfection. If your taste doesn't run on the Mediterranean side you can always get a juicy burger on a hard roll, beef stew, pork chops, steak, ham dinner or any number of well prepared meals served very quickly by very friendly waitresses. Prices are quite reasonable. As a bonus and you have the time, in the nice weather, Antonetta's has a large porch out front with seats where you can enjoy a cigar and shoot the breeze.…
