We've had a GREAT experience dealing with AAA - The Best!!. I'd like to share our experience with AAA Septic. 8 years ago we were having a horrible time with our old system. Dave showed up at our home on a Saturday night to help us out with our problem. After that, he designed a new septic system for us. We also have a LOT of ground water dumping into our yard. The new system Dave Oakden installed has never given us any problem at all. This past spring our entire yard was COMPLETELY underwater and we still did not have any trouble with septic. AAA suburban septic systems had installed a new septic system on my property. Since this installation, I have had major issues with water backup and toilet flushing.
The original system was older so I hired AAA suburban septic to install an updated system to remedy very minor septic problems that was having. I never previously had the extreme problems that I have incurred with this new system. I now have problems flushing my toilet with ANY rainfall, and ANY snowmelt.
There was a period of time between February 2011 and April 2011 last year where me and my family had to move out of our home due to unsanitary conditions because of septic backup. Yet, Mr Oakden has not done anything to resolve this issue. He has not offered to move the system since learning of the excessive water issue where the new system was installed. Mr Oakden’s opinion was that my issue was excessive water infiltration from my neighbor to the south and from the road and that a ditch would solve the issue. So, at his urging, I had advocated with my town to place a ditch in my yard and they installed this in August of 2011. Nevertheless, I continued to have issues after this system was installed.
