I've been bringing my cars to Long Pond Auto for 16 years now, they're by far the best in Rochester. When they do work on my car they even clean up the interior for me, I don't know any other shop that has that kind of customer service. They're all down to earth and great at what they do, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The people here are just so nice, they're helpful and never try to cheat you. They have their customer's best interest in mind and that makes a huge difference.

Best Auto Shop In Rochester!. I've been taking my car to Long Pond Auto Body for about 10 years now. They are always more than willing to help and they go out of their way for you. I like tom and Bill, they are competent and always friendly. They do those little things that you don't often find with auto repair shops, they do it eagerly too.

Very Easy to Do Business With. I've been taking my vehicles to Long Pond Auto Body for about 20 years and I've been very pleased with them. They're very easy to do business with. My daughter's car was recently in an accident and she needed it repaired quickly, even though they set her up with a rental car they were still very helpful in getting it done very quickly. -Doug H
