Customer Asked To Leave For Missunderstanding. This is the first time in three and a half years of organizing dinners with "The Rochester Singles Meetup Group" that I've felt compelled to negatively rate a venue... We have been enjoying O'Loughlins several times a year until now. A request of separate checks for a group of 28 (in effort to benefit the waitress with larger tips by avoiding confusion of who owed what) was answered by the waitress as a 4 persons minimum per check per table, which we graciously accepted. The waitress did a reasonable job serving our group, but the new manager who is leasing the business became involved with the checks and wouldn't let her give 4 persons per table but literally brought one check for the group to us himself... He then asked, not the person that made the request, but the person that helped our waitress understand that she would get more tips that way to leave the premises... Imagine this, we tried to get more money into the pocket of the waitress without affecting the orders or price in any way and then were asked to leave because we cared about our waitress getting tips?

I feel bad that such an awesome location has been turned to rubble by a man with out a mind for success.
