Incredible food/service. Every dish is prepared w. flavor! Never a long wait and the service is on point. Deliveries usually arrive 10-20 minutes before expected which is a delight.

Terrible help, very rude and forgetful.. I just went to new east star and waited 25 minutes for a lunch special that should of taken 5-10 minutes. They charged me $2 extra for lo mein noodles that were just cooked noodles, no veggies or anything, and then forgot the sauce for chicken. I called when I got home and was told to bring it in and I would get a refund. When I brought it back some chicken was eaten and she refused to give refund, she was very rude and had a chip on her shoulder, when I asked her name she would not give it to me. Very dissapointing, seeing as I have had food there in the past, and the owner is very nice, but his help is terrible and just ruined his reputation. I will never go there again.
