Great experience
by bridetobe909
I completely disagree with the negative reviews of Juliana's. Perhaps this had to do with the salespeople I worked with. Yes, I did have to put on slippers...but at an establishment that is trying to keep long dresses in great shape for the customers who try them on and buy them, that totally made sense to me. The saleswomen that worked with me were totally sensitive to my budget (which was, by the way, barely four digits) and devoted their full attention to helping me. I told them what I had in mind and they pulled out a number of dresses that fit that description. They took their time helping me try them on and were very patient when I was indecisive. We had visited 3 or 4 other bridal shops that day and our experience at Juliana's was far and away the best. I would recommend them, at least from this initial experience, without hesitation.
- Pros: wonderful salespeople and lots of personal attention
- Cons: a little pricier than I intended
ITS NOT TARGET YOU KNOW
by aa44
I hate to read such terrible reviews about a store that is obviously unique. If you expect to be treated as if you were at Target than you will be disappointed because these ladies actually know something about fashion. I love what they offer; one of a kind pieces that are of quality and taste. The problem is we usually don't expect to find such quality and style and when we do we don't know how to act. I see allot of people dress as if they are all going to the gym these days, instead of having pride in their appearance. If others felt like the sale people were rude then maybe they took it that way from the way the feel about themselves. This store has been in business more than 30 years and you don't stay that way by turning off customers. If you want a $300 bridal gown go somewhere that has them smooshed together a wall. Go to Juliana's for an experience. Appointments for a wedding gown is normal and that way they can tailor the visit to meet the brides expectations- its not an ordinary day you know, but obviously others are treating it as such. Again, its not Target, so good luck.
- Pros: Unique, upscale designer clothing not found in other stores.
- Cons: Not always in my size but they will custom order and have a full time tailor on site.
Terrible attitudes

As soon as we walked in we were blocked at the door by the sales woman who was not pleasant at all. She asked my mom and I in a snotty tone of voice if we had an appointment (we didn't). I told her I just wanted to look at her bridesmaid selection and that we don't need any help with trying anything on, but she refused to let us past the first set of stairs. She talked down to us like we had no money! I told her a few inappropriate thoughts of mine along with meantioning that they obviously don't need our business anyways. I do NOT recommend going here if you would like to be treated with genuine respect!
- Pros: good parking
- Cons: snotty attitute
