Out of their way. I came down from NYC this weekend and needed a place to stay. It is a small place that really will go out of their way to take care of you . The manager got up extra early to make my crew coffee at 4 am even though they really start serving at 7 am. Good location and Dons Original (great hot dogs) is a walk away.

Friendly comfortable surroundings. Friendly front desk clerks, close to anything you need, food, drinks, anything. Free wifi is nice, rooms are very clean. Would recomend it to anyone and everyone. If your staying in the rochester area go to the towpath motel. also some of the best prices in town. rates have gone up a little but what hasnt these days.
