1/24/12 i didnt pay enough attention to the negative reviews , for your wallets sake and your peace of mind assume that if you are going there you will be taken advantage of .....at least do your self a favor and record on your phone every conversation you have in their office because you will end up dealing with several people and it quickly becomes a case of he said she said.....i will not bore you with the details but suffice it to say i ended up calling the police..... and we will see them in court.........

Above and beyond customer service!. On Friday, July 8th, i brought my car into the Henrietta, NY location for the annual rust inspection and diamond gloss renewal. Due to a family emergency ( my sister-in-law had taken ill) i was a bit earlier than my scheduled appointment and quite distracted. John, the customer service rep did everything possible to get me checked in, and i was able to leave as soon as my ride arrived with a tentative pick up time between 3:30 and 4:00. As the events of the day progressed, my sister-in-law required hospitalization, and i needed to take over her child care duties in the afternoon. I called Ziebart to see if they could have my car ready by 3:00. The young lady i spoke with (sorry, i didnt get her name) checked with the techs and they were able to have my car ready by 2:00!! I can't tell you how grateful i am for everyone's care, concern and above-and- beyond quality service. I've been in customer service for over 35 years, and i am truly impressed! You've got a great team at your Henrietta location, and i will be sure to recommend thm and Ziebart!
