Best Hyundai Dealership in Rochester,NY. I had the best experience at Vision Hyundai. The managers were great with price and easy to work with. And the salesman Joe Ingrassia was great to work with. I came in already to buy a Sonata and walked out in my brand new car in about two hours. Clean and smelling good. You guys made my day. Thanks,Vision Hyundai!

Vision Hyundai. I DO NOT suggest purchasing your car from this place. The owner is very arrogant 7 rude. If you have problems with your Hyundai (and I have had many, many problems) The act as if it is your fault & they are going you a HUGE favor by honoring warranty or standing behind a poorly made vehicle. Greg in service is RUDE. Joe the manager is RUDE. When I got the car the rate was low. I went home, cleaned out my car I was trading in & went allt he way back. Once I got there everything changed. The rate went way up for no reason. I DO NOT LIEK THIS DEALERSHIP at all. Very poor service

Unhelpful and Rude. I highly suggest not going to Vision Hyundai unless you're interested in being hunted like prey. I entered the shop with a row of about 8 male salesman sitting on a bench outside. As the only client in their office this week, the salesman was rude and incredibly push. They refused to let me test drive a car; arguing that the slight rain outside would "make the car have noise." Sorry Vision Hyundai, but I think all off us in Rochester can agree that the weather here is all but perfect 365 days out of the year.
