A good bike shop & always getting better.. I've been riding motorcycles for 40 years. Harley's, BMW, Triumph and Honda. However, I have never owned a new motorcycle, until 2006. You have all heard the story, kids grown up, bucket list etc..., so, I had a decent down payment and went out to Cycle Stop. I had seen the new Road King Customs by Harley, liked it! I also REALLY liked the anniversary Red White and Blue retro Super Glide. I was in Daytona that March and all there Road Kings were gone, and they told me they were all went for top buck, no dealing on that model.

So I figured the same would apply in Rochester, I spoke with Gary at Cycle Stop, asked if he could save me a few bucks off list on the Super Glide, 'cause I figured the Road King would just be too much $$.

He asked me a few questions, then suggested the Road King Custom, I said sure "trying to make the high $ sale", Gary said no, with your bad back, the Road King, with the heavier frame, bigger tires, and better suspension would be a much better ride for me.

I never thought of that, then he said, I only have a few Road King Customs left for the year, but if you let me know soon, if you want one, " I can save you some money".

He gave me a price, I asked for and recieved an additional discount on all accesories. Then, they didn't have the color that I wanted, but they located the last one, in Black Cherry, in NYS. Got me the bike, same deal.

I did my own service last year, but while I was out there last summer, getting some free HOG chow, a service guy noticed my rear tire was getting a little on the smooth side. I hadn't looked for a while.

They put a new one on, done before 6pm, same day.

I'll continue to be a Cycle Stop customer.

pleasant experience. I was out looking for a new motorcycle and stopped in to see this dealership. I must say i haven't heard many good things about this place. So i took a chance and the sales guy who worked with me was the best ever. Jim and matt were outstanding and they had all of the answers to all of my questions. So i will be buying my new Harley Davidson from jim at cyclestop and give them a chance and i seen them prove me and all of you wrong.
