Totally awesome

Dr. Albee has changed my mind about dentists! I had such a bad tooth ache and she took me for an appointment right away. I didn't even feel the needle when she gave it. Thank you!!! Highly recommend........I did get lost because there are like 2 other dentists in the same complex.

Nice but created problems for me

Dr. Albee was very nice, but when she filled one of my cavities, it created problems for my mouthguard for nighttime teeth grinding (the cavity filling was too high and changed my bite). She was unable to adjust my mouthguard appropriately, struggling multiple times for a long time. In the end, she couldn't fix the fit, my mouthguard continued to click in my mouth, and I eventually developed severe nerve pain. I was out of town at the time, so I had to make an emergency appointment with an out-of-town dentist and pay for that. I do not trust Dr. Albee's competence with regard to my mouthguard and decided to switch dentists.

- Cons: Incompetent and created dental problems for me

Love my dentist!

Dr. Jennifer Albee is personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. After a few bad dentist experiences here in Rochester, she is a breath of fresh air. I recommend her highly!
- Pros: Clean practice, up-to-date equipment, friendly staff, takes Care Credit
- Cons: None!
