We have had a great experience with Twelve Corners. The office staff responds to concerns immediately and has resolved any issues we have had. Our daughter loves going down the slide in the “muscle room” and loves all of her teachers. She is also learning songs, counting, and ABC’s there in addition to what we teach her at home.

I absolutely could never have another place that I would ever want to send my son, Jason. He loves his class, teachers, and all of his friends at daycare. It is absolutely worry free and comfortable for me when I am at work. They do more for my son than I think a small home daycare could provide. Any naughty behavior reports are accompanied with apologies from the staff, even though my son is responsible for his own actions. We have a very personal relationship with everyone at the center. When I am struggling with personal matters, the staff is extremely flexible and understanding. If I could pay more, I absolutely would because the ladies at Twelve Corners are there to put their heart in soul into caring for our children. They deserve much more than the weekly rate. If your child does not end up at Twelve Corners Day Care Center then they are really missing out on some beautiful things.

Both of my children have been at Twelve Corners Day Care since infancy. From the Infant Room to the Pre-Kindergarten class I have been impressed with the care and education my children have received.

Every day they come home with new knowledge and it is obvious that the staff fosters their ever growing curiosity and help instill knowledge that will serve as a solid foundation as the start their formal education.

All of the staff treat the children with compassion and respect their individuality with providing a safe environment for them to play and learn. The administration is very dedicated to ensuring the continued excellence of the center and would recommend them without reservation as they have made the difficult task of leaving my children easier knowing that they are in excellent hands.

I have three children ages 4, 2, and 6 months and they are all enrolled in Twelve Corners. We started attending Twelve Corners when my first child was 6 weeks old. Since then we have felt like part of the Twelve Corners family and could not be happier with the care our children recieve. Not only are the costs reasonable compared to other centers around, but they provide nutritious meals, diapers, wipes, and formula if you so desire. My children love going to daycare every day and sometimes they do not even want to leave at the end of the day! Every teacher and staff member have been nothing but kind, caring and professional.My 2 and 4 year old come home every evening with stories about what they have learned that day or what fun activities they had done. I could not reccommend this center more, it truly is a wonderful establishment

The negative reviews about this daycare were written by a former employee who was FIRED for sleeping on the job. She was already on 'probation' with the center at the time and obviously has an ax to grind. Both my children when here and I have nothing but praise on how they care for the children and train their staff. This is also a non-profit daycare which means they keep costs as low as you will find anywhere in Rochester.

FAMILY - that word sums up my thoughts on this daycare. I have two children that attend this daycare - both of them since 3 months old, and my oldest is now almost 4. The teachers are always respectful and genuinely care about my children. They are always willing to help me with anything that I may need. My children love going to daycare and look forward to seeing their friends. There are many fun events that take place. For example PJ days, spring fling parties, a halloween open house,and family picnics and many more. There are also classes children can take like dance class and computer class. This center has satisfied everything that I would look for in a center.

My daughter has attended Twelve Corners since she was 3 months old. I have been impressed at how much the staff and teachers really wanted to get to know my daughter and her likes and dislikes. Now at three years of age, she is excited to go to see her friends everyday and has made her first best friend at the Center.

Her preschool experience has been wonderful and I have been excited with her progress on letters and numbers. She even surprised us one day with saying her numbers in German and Spanish!

The muscle room or gym that the Center has in as extra bonus for those days when it is too cold to go outside. My daughter also takes a dance class while at day care which she loves and saves me the time of taking her after work or on a Saturday.

I have nothing but good things to say!

The quality of care our daughter recieves is well above and beyond my espectations. The staff is wonderful, caring, and attentive to both the child's and parent's needs.

What also makes Twelve Corners such a great place is the multitude of ares in which the teachers enrich the child's day. My daughter has made great progress in all areas of develipment, including physical, social and cognitive development. Additional offerings such as dance classes and computer classes are wonderful since the lessons are given right at the facility.

Twelve Corners is truly a child development center, not just a day care. I would reccommend Twelve Corners to anyone looking for child care services.

Thank you TCDCC. Both of our children had a great experience at Twelve Corners!

Because we spaced our children 5 years apart, we have had a relationship with TCDCC for over 10 years. We continue to be involved today (our youngest child is school-aged and we use our school district's after-school program) because we have a great relationship with many staff members.

Both of our children had a healthy and happy time at TCDCC and are smart and social children thanks to the cognitive and social foundation they built durning their infant, toddler, and preschool years there.

Leaving your kids anywhere is nerve-wrecking at first, but I found TCDCC helped make the transition easy and I never had to think twice about their care while I was at work.

response to previous posting. My children have attended this Center for almost three years now. This posting is ludicrous!

As it states it is posted by an ex employee, an disgruntled ex employee who was fired for misconduct. Choosing a child care center is a difficult process. I hope that any intelligent person who reads this post will take it in stride, go visit the Center. I think you will see that it is a quality center with a lot to offer. It is upsetting to me that someone is allowed to write such nonsense and slander a business who has been an asset to our community for well over thirty years. If anything the center should be commended for raising their standards and getting rid of such a person. Look at her lack of intelligence by her posting, my 4 yr old is better grammatically and by the way I credit her teachers at Twelve Corners for that.
